The real estate market remains strong in St. Petersburg, though we are still working with very tight inventory. According to the MLS, there are a little over 4,200 single family homes and condos listed for sale here in Pinellas County. This is roughly a 40% drop in homes listed for sale from the same time last year, when we had just over 6,600 homes for sale.

She knew that I work with pre-approved buyers who are serious, and that we would make it from contract to close. As a result, my buyers’ offer was selected!
