I specialize in the Southwest Metro, especially in the Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and Minnetonka areas. My experience includes hundreds of transactions which include traditional sales as well as investment property, REO properties, and short sales.

When a client is knowledgeable about the process, it takes a lot of stress out of the transaction, allowing them to make informed decisions that they feel comfortable with. Communication is absolutely key in this industry. I am very responsive and I respond to my clients’ questions and concerns as quickly as possible with detailed and accurate answers. It’s one of the biggest transactions Buyers and Sellers will make in their lives and they deserve to be informed throughout.
For my Buyers, once we’ve found a home, I do an extensive analysis to ensure that their offer price is suitable for the property under current market conditions, then negotiate on their behalf to get them the best terms possible. For my Sellers, I do a complete market analysis on their home in order to make the most optimal listing price recommendation for a sale within the time period they would like to sell in. I have professional pictures taken and use these as the base of my extensive marketing of the home. For both Buyers and Sellers, once we’ve negotiated through all contingencies, I guide them through the rest of the transaction to a successful closing. In addition, I always try to identify my client’s priorities in order to help them achieve exactly what they are looking for.
I believe that due to low inventory, now is definitely a great time to sell and still a good time to buy. With interest rates rising but still at historical lows, I think there is incredible opportunity for home Buyers and Sellers right now. I am very knowledgeable about the local markets, amenities and more. I work throughout the Twin Cities metro area and my clients know I am available to help throughout the home buying or selling process.
My experience also includes time serving our nation in the military. After nine years and two tours in the Middle East, I completed my contract with the Army National Guard.
