I have been working in the Phoenix metro real estate market since 1998. Initially as a mortgage lender then in 2004 became a licensed Realtor. I have been the designated broker of Prime 220 Realty since 2008. Having conducted 1000’s of real estate transactions, from traditional home sales, mortgage loans, residential investment transactions and distressed sales, I have the unique perspective that gives a distinct advantage to clients. In addition to finding great properties I am able to formulate strategies to negotiate the most favorable terms for my clients. These favorable terms will include price, closing costs, repairs, warranties, etc. I have implemented systems that utilize the latest technology which enable clients to be aware of the home buying/selling process every step of the way. These systems were designed not only to keep the client informed during the process but really to reduce their stress in what may be the most ‘stressful’ transaction of their lives. The cornerstone of my business is client referral. If I do a great job I will not only do several transactions with many clients but get the referrals of their friends and family.
