Yes, I have received quite a few awards from Top Listing Agent to Agent of the Year and I am fortunate to say I have listed and sold many homes in my fourteen year career. I focus on Santa Clarita and the surrounding areas, do all of my own files (no transaction coordinator for me – I want to know what’s going on with my clients every step of the way!), I continually educated myself on all things real estate and I mean every week!, I communicate daily with my clients and I am a great listener!

If Your Looking To List Your Home –
If you reduce your list price, I reduce my commission.
I list homes for 5%, not 6%.
I subtract any buyer financed closing costs from my commission.
If I represent the buyer and seller than I charge a total of 4% commission.
I use my, “Open House Everyday” sign to increase buyer interest.
I continue to market your home even once we have an offer. I want to get as many back up offers as possible. Just in case!
I market locally and internationally.
If Your Looking To Purchase –
I often know of homes before they come on the market.
I network with over a thousand different agents to find new listings before they hit the MLS.
I don’t require a Buyer Broker Agreement. I know I work hard for my clients an because of that they are loyal.
I match my schedule to my clients schedule. Whether it’s seven o’clock on a Tuesday or the weekend.
