Real Estate Agent Referral Network Exceeds Goal and Reaches 500 Members in Two Weeks

Founder and CEO of the Referz real estate agent network, Chuck Harris, is excited to announce that the company has registered 500 members in the first two weeks since the official launch of the new Referz.com website. We have received a fantastic and enthusiastic response from agents who are excited about the opportunity to grow their real estate business by partnering with Referz. We would like to thank our longtime partners with whom we have worked for the past 10 years and who have been graciously fielding phone calls and emails from curious real estate agents who are inquiring about the quality and success rate of our referrals.

A special thanks to one of our referral partners in Denver, Colorado, Brendan Bartic, who has been particularly helpful. Brendan has received numerous inquiries and spent a tremendous amount of time attesting to the quality and value of the buyer and seller leads we generate. Brendan is a great example of how hard work and dedication to working our leads can result in tremendous business success. Brendan has closed more than 240 referrals from Referz and earned commissions in excess of $1.5M in the five years he has worked with us.

The reach of the Referz network is expanding across the country and we now have top real estate agents in 15 states. Our goal is not to have simply the largest network of real estate agents, but rather to have the best network of accomplished agents who provide top notch service and who have proven results. To that end, we are contacting agents who rank in the top 1% to 5% in the country, have excellent client reviews and quality marketing portfolios, and asked them to join our network. With 35 states left to go, we expect to wrap up our recruitment efforts by the end of 2016. Anyone who is considering joining the Referz network of real estate agents should do so before the end of the year, at which point we expect to have the agents necessary to serve home buyers and sellers across the United States.

The profile of the typical Referz agent is someone who has been selling real estate for 10 or more years, has sold 500 or more homes, is the recipient of five-star reviews across the Zillow, Trulia, Yelp, Google+, Facebook and Referz platforms, and an expert in their community with a deep knowledge of local real estate values.
