Each client is very important to me and communication is paramount to making sure buyers and sellers understand what to expect when buying or selling a property.  Some of the key items for me are as follows:

Local knowledge

It is incredibly important for me when selling a home to have sales experience and success at selling homes in the area my client lives or wants to buy.  Someone new in town or who has never sold a home in a particular part of town is, in many ways, a beginner. Sellers have a right to pick a winner. That is what has made me so successful for the past 29 years selling homes in San Diego.

Organized with attention to detail

A real estate agent that is organized and likes to work with attention to detail is the one that is most likely to sell a home. This is especially true in a hard-to-sell market. Great agents know the tiniest changes sellers can make to improve the sale-ability of their home. I am creative with the MLS listings and take the best photographs of each home. I return client calls promptly and make every appointment on time.

Connections and representation

The top agents come to a home with a prospective buyers list. They also are working with a well known realty agency like Berkshire Hathaway.  I know other realtors in the area, too, and am willing to work with others if that sells the home faster.


Sellers want an agent that is tenacious like myself. I follow up quickly after every time the home is shown and work hard and never give up.

Knowledge of technology

I use technology with ease and am more up-to-date on the market in the San Diego area.  I am an organized person who has their act together and this is the type of person sellers want helping to sell their homes.  That is why I outsell the average agent year after year.


Sellers and buyers need an honest agent, one that will tell them like it is, even if they’re not the easiest to hear. This type of person will lay out exactly what the client can expect, from sale price to timing and more. In the end, honesty will save clients lots of worry.


I work tirelessly on the sale of each home as if it was the most important thing in my life for every buyer and seller and that is what has made me a Top Producer for Berkshire Hathaway properties for the past 29 years.  I am passionate about my work and make each client feel they are very important to me.  I mirror my client’s communication style to make them feel more comfortable.
